NASHVILLE, Tennessee, March 19 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:
FEMA is aware of several cases of reported identity theft involving survivors of the severe storms and tornadoes in Tennessee March 3. The agency is cooperating in the investigation.
