NEWBURGH, New York, March 18 -- Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney, D-New York, issued the following statement on March 17 regarding the death of ex-Rep. Richard Hanna, longtime public servant and a champion of upstate New York:
"New York has lost a fighter today, and I've lost a real friend. Richard Hanna was someone you could count on for honesty, decency and his personal loyalty.
