BROOKLYN, New York, March 16 -- Brooklyn Borough President Eric L. Adams issued the following statement:
"There is a level of confusion on the ground now due to COVID-19, and it is leading to anxiety. I saw the chaos after 9/11 as a first responder, and I saw how vital it was that we came together as one city united. Our citywide leaders must be speaking in one voice at this time.
