BROOKLYN, New York, March 14 -- Brooklyn Borough President Eric L. Adams issued the following statement on March 13:
"Out of an abundance of caution, and to contain the spread of the coronavirus, starting on Monday, March 16th, our Constituent Assistance Center (CAC) and Topographical Unit (TOPO) will not be taking walk-in visits.
