AUSTIN, Texas, March 14 -- The Texas House of Representatives issued the following statement on March 13 on the behalf of Texas State Rep. Sarah Davis on involving coronavirus in state:
"Today Governor Abbot issued a state disaster declaration in response to COVID-19. He indicated that there will be a dramatic increase in testing capacity, and the first drive-through testing facility will open today in San Antonio, with ones to follow soon in Dallas, Houston, and Austin.
