JEFFERSON CITY, Missouri, March 14 -- Gov. Michael Parson, R-Missouri, issued the following news release on March 13:
Governor Mike Parson signed Executive Order 20-02 declaring a state of emergency in Missouri in response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
