WASHINGTON, March 14 -- Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, and Rep. John Shimkus, R-Illinois, issued the following joint statement on March 13 after the House passed a bipartisan bill by unanimous consent to extend the chemical facility anti-terrorism standards program:
