BROOKLYN, New York, March 13 -- Brooklyn Public Library issued the following joint statement with New York Public Library and Queens Public Library:
In support of the City's efforts to limit the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), all New York City public libraries are suspending public programming and events from Friday, March 13 until Tuesday, March 31.
