WASHINGTON, March 13 -- Rep. Doug Collins, R-Georgia, ranking Republican member of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following statement commending the Supreme Court's decision to block the 9th Circuit injunction, which would have stopped the Trump administration's migrant protection protocols in California and Arizona:
