WASHINGTON, March 13 -- Rep. Paul Mitchell, R-Michigan, issued the following statement regarding the operational status of his Washington, DC and Shelby Township offices:
"While my team and I have not exhibited symptoms of Coronavirus, we are taking the following step to proactively protect constituents and staff. To prevent exposure to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) my offices will be temporarily closing effective at 5PM today, March 12, 2020 and my staff will begin working remotely. . . .
