WASHINGTON, March 13 -- Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement praising the confirmation of James Danly, to serve as a commissioner with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission:
