WASHINGTON, March 12 -- Rep. John B. Larson, D-Connecticut, issued the following statement on March 11:
Rep. John B. Larson (CT-01) voted for the bipartisan War Powers Resolution that was approved by the Senate.
"The authorization of the use of military force under Article I Section 8 of the Constitution is Congress's responsibility.
"This bipartisan resolution reasserts that responsibility and prevents the President from taking unauthorized milit . . .
