WASHINGTON, March 12 -- Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Arkansas, issued the following statement on the news reports that Officer Brent Scrimshire of Hot Springs was killed in the line of duty:
"The city of Hot Springs and the state of Arkansas mourns the tragic loss of Officer Scrimshire.
