WASHINGTON, March 11 -- The National Guard Association of the U.S. issued the following news release:
A bipartisan bill introduced in Congress last week would restore tax deductions previously used by members of the National Guard and state defense forces.
The State and National Guard Fairness Act of 2020 (H.R. 6041) has the support of NGAUS. It was introduced by Rep. Filemon Vela, D-Texas, and Rep. Ron Wright, R-Texas.
