WASHINGTON, March 11 -- Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, and Rep. Adam Schiff, D-California, chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, issued the following joint statement after introduction of the USA FREEDOM Reauthorization Act (H.R. 6172):
