WASHINGTON, March 11 -- Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following statement on March 10 after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit upheld a lower court order that requires the Justice Department to turn over redacted 6(e) grand jury material from Special Counsel Mueller's report:
