WASHINGTON, March 6 -- Sen. Bob Menendez, D-New Jersey, ranking Democratic member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, issued the following remarks to release a report produced by his Committee staff on investigating labor rights and worker abuses in Bangladesh:
