In a new letter to Secretary of the Interior David Bernhardt, Chair Raul M. Grijalva (D-Ariz.) says the Natural Resources Committee will begin issuing subpoenas unless the Interior Department hands over a variety of documents the Committee has requested - some for more than a year - as part of its legislative and oversight responsibilities. . . .
