NEW YORK, March 10 -- Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-New York, issued the following statement regarding New York Gov. Andrew's Cuomo announcement that he issued a pardon to Chin Mei Tsui:
"New York State is standing with Chin and I commend Governor Cuomo for his leadership on this issue.
