ALBANY, New York, March 10 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following news release on March 9:
During a novel coronavirus briefing, Governor Andrew M. Cuomo announced the state will provide alcohol-based hand sanitizer to New Yorkers free of charge.
