BEAVERTON, Oregon, March 9 -- Rep. Suzanne Bonamici, D-Oregon, issued the following statement after the total number of presumed cases of coronavirus in Oregon increased to 14 and Gov. Kate Brown declared an emergency to address the coronavirus:
