NEW YORK, March 7 -- New York City Comptroller Scott M. Stringer issued the following news release:
New York City's economic growth again outpaced the nation in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2019 as real Gross City Product (GCP) grew 2.4 percent on an annual basis, compared to U.S. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth of 2.1 percent, according to an analysis of the city's economic performance released by New York City Comptroller Scott M. Stringer.
