WASHINGTON, March 6 -- Sen. Jim Risch, R-Idaho, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, issued the following statement in response to the International Criminal Court's ruling that its chief prosecutor can pursue an investigation into alleged U.S. actions in Afghanistan:
