WASHINGTON, March 6 -- Rep. Adrian Smith, R-Nebraska, ranking Republican member of the House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Select Revenue Measures, issued the following opening statement on March 4 at a hearing on examining the impact of the Tax Code on Native American tribes:
