WASHINGTON, March 6 -- Reps. Eliot L. Engel, D-New York, and Michael McCaul, R-Texas, chairman and ranking member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement about the Hong Kong authorities' arrests of newspaper founder Jimmy Lai and ex-Legislative Council members Lee Cheuk-yan and Yeung Sum:
