KINGS POINT, New York, March 6 -- The Maritime Administration's U.S. Merchant Marine Academy issued the following news release:
On Tuesday, March 17th, the United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) Regimental Band, "George M. Cohan's Own," USMMA Color Guard, and Regiment of Midshipmen will march in New York City's 259th St. Patrick's Day Parade.
This year's Grand Marshall is James T. Callahan, General President of the International Union of Operating Engin . . .
