WASHINGTON, March 6 -- Rep. Andy Kim, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
The House of Representatives unanimously passed an amendment introduced by Congressman Andy Kim (NJ-03) to H.R. 1140, the Rights for Transportation Security Officers Act. The amendment would address widely reported mental health and violence issues by Federal Air Marshals by ensuring the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) works with the Federal Air Marshal Service to provide solutions.
