HOUSTON, Texas, March 6 -- ConocoPhillips, a producer of oil and gas resources, issued the following news release:

ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) announced the completion of two transactions to sell its Niobrara and Waddell Ranch assets to undisclosed buyers.
