WASHINGTON, March 6 -- Sen. John Hoeven, R-North Dakota, issued the following statement after Congress approved emergency funding to prevent, prepare for and respond to the coronavirus:
The legislation funds preparedness and treatment efforts, including vaccine research and development, support for state and local health agencies, as well as for necessary medical supplies.
