WASHINGTON, March 5 -- The House Ways and Means subcommittee on Select Revenue Measures issued the following testimony on March 4 by Rodney Butler, chairman of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, at a hearing to examine the impact of the tax code on Native American tribes:
