WASHINGTON, March 5 -- Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-New York, issued the following statement on March 4 regarding the Supreme Court hears oral arguments in June Medical Services vs. Russo:
"Without access, our constitutionally protected right to abortion is moot - and that is exactly the goal of the Louisiana law on trial today.
