JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas, March 5 -- The U.S. Air Force issued the following news:
Air Force officials have selected 1,184 master sergeants for promotion to senior master sergeant out of 15,544 eligible for a selection rate of 7.62% in the 20E8 promotion cycle.
The average overall score for those selected was 407.06. Selectees' average time in grade was 3.74 years and time in service was 18.08 years.
