WASHINGTON, March 5 -- Rep. Donald M. Payne Jr., D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:

Congressman Donald M. Payne, Jr. voted for an $7.8 billion emergency supplemental appropriations bill to fully fund medical efforts against the coronavirus and protect Americans from this public health crisis.
