WASHINGTON, March 4 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement after President Trump announced that he intends to nominate Nancy Beck as Chair of the Consumer Product Safety Commission:
"This nomination ranks up near the top of bad nominations in the Trump Administration, and that's saying a lot. Dr. Beck's troubling record of doing the bidding of the chemical industry at the expense of the health . . .
