ALBANY, New York, March 4 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following news release on March 3:
During a novel coronavirus briefing, Governor Andrew M. Cuomo signed into law a $40 million emergency management authorization for New York State's novel coronavirus response.
