ALBANY, New York, March 4 -- New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli issued the following news release:
The state Public Service Commission (PSC) is falling short in monitoring Charter Communications Inc. and other utilities across New York, according to an audit released by State Comptroller Thomas P.
