WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 -- Rep. Veronica Escobar, D-Texas, issued the following statement in response to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decision to block the Trump administration's "Remain in Mexico" policy:
"For over a year, the Trump administration's dangerous 'Remain in Mexico' policy has been a stain on the rule of law and our nation's conscience.
