CALGARY, Alberta, March 4 -- Canadian Pacific Railway, a transcontinental railway in Canada and the U.S., issued the following news:
Canadian Pacific Railway Limited ("CP") (TSX:CP)(NYSE:CP) announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Canadian Pacific Railway Company, is issuing US$500 million of 2.050% Notes due 2030.
The transaction is expected to close on March 5, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
