WASHINGTON, March 3 -- The U.S. Department of Defense's Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency issued the following news release on March 2:
The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) announced that U.S. Navy Fireman 1st Class Dan E. Reagan, 20, of Haslet, Texas, killed during World War II, was accounted for Sept. 30, 2019.
On Dec. 7, 1941, Reagan was assigned to the battleship USS Oklahoma, which was moored at Ford Island, Pearl Harbor, when the ship was attacked by Japan . . .
