WASHINGTON, March 3 -- Rep. Ben Ray Lujan, D-New Mexico, issued the following statement on the Supreme Court's decision to hear the Texas vs. U.S. lawsuit, which could eliminate pre-existing conditions protections and gut the Affordable Care Act:
"For nearly a decade, the Affordable Care Act has been a vital lifeline for millions of Americans.
"But since entering office, President Trump and Republicans have been determined to undermine Americans' right to heal . . .
