As we go into Women's History Month, we wanted to tell the female Airmen's story through video. During my career, I've heard female leaders speak about some of the hurdles they've had to overcome...the stereotypes of being emotional, quiet, bossy, weak, even headstrong. These types of labels are real & many of us have experienced it first-hand.
