WASHINGTON, Feb. 29 -- The Washington Office on Latin America issued the following statement:
We, the undersigned organizations, regret the decision issued by the Supreme Court of the United States which found that the family of Sergio Adrian Hernandez Guereca, a Mexican citizen, will not have the right to pursue legal action against the Border Patrol agent responsible for the death of their son nearly a decade ago.
