SAN ANTONIO, Texas, Feb. 29 -- The American Payroll Association issued the following news:
California employers should know that as of Monday, April 20, 2020, all ACH debit and credit card payments for child support will be processed by ExpertPay. Child support payments will no longer be processed by the California State Disbursement Unit. This does not affect employers that pay via ACH credit [California Child Support Services, Employer Resource Center].
