WASHINGTON, Feb. 29 -- Rep. Kevin P. Brady, R-Texas, issued the following statement after Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue announced grant funding for three rural broadband projects in Texas, including the MidSouth Electric Cooperative Association in Navasota, Texas:
