WASHINGTON, Feb. 29 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement on Feb. 28 after the House voted to pass the Protecting American Lungs and Reversing the Youth Tobacco Epidemic Act (H.R. 2339):
