WASHINGTON, Feb. 29 -- Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, and Rep. Bob Latta, R-Ohio, ranking member of the Subcommittee on Communications and Technology, issued the following joint statement on Feb. 28 on the Federal Communications Commission's C-band auction order:
