WASHINGTON, Feb. 29 -- Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following statement on Feb. 28 in response to a decision by the Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit to halt the Trump administration's migrant protection protocols, also known as "Remain in Mexico":
