WASHINGTON, Feb. 29 -- Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tennessee, issued the following statement after the Housing and Urban Development Department announced a Community Development Block Grant of $197,163 and a Home Investment Partnerships Program grant of $1,136,509 to Bristol, Tennessee:
