WASHINGTON, Feb. 29 -- Rep. Filemon Vela, D-Texas, issued the following statement on Feb. 28 in response to the 9th Circuit Court ruling 2-1 to uphold a lower-court's injunction on President Trump's "Remain in Mexico" immigration policy.
