PIERRE, South Dakota, Feb. 28 -- The South Dakota Department of Transportation issued the following news release:
South Dakota Department of Transportation officials say the reconstruction of Highway 52 from Tabor to Springfield will be delayed from a 2020 construction year to 2021.
